Work Diary- Colour

Evaluation 

when taking photos for the topic 'colour' at first I was unsure of how I would capture colour in a way which I would find interesting. I enjoyed going out and taking the photos for colour and believe that it was successful. However I found that a lot of the photo that I took which where close up come out blurry I am unsure if this is due to a way in which I use the camera or the current setting it was on. 

At first I did not like or choose this image as one of my main images  for colour however when Paul choose this image I grew to like it and understand why it would be chosen for colour, because although the image is not focused it does clearly show colour which in this case is orange. 

I took this photograph of a plant in the collage which has beautiful pink colours. I like how this image has captured the different tones of pink within the flower and how you can see the slightly different textures within the flower aswell.

Progression
If I continued with this project I would like to show colour in peoples clothes and other ways involving people more. For example if I was to go and shoot colours again I would like to take pictures showing the different colour of which people wear, other ways in which colours can be shown on people and the colours of make up and how it is on people.

I collected the images below as inspiration as I believe they display colour well and i really like the look they give. 

Overall I really liked exploring this topic, I found it interesting and different to anything else I have ever tried. I would love to look into this topic in more depth and spend more time taking photos of 'colour'.
