Why I chose this Photographer

I found Art Wolfe to be an extra ordinary photographer who had traveled to many different places and captured incredible photos I choose him  more out of interest of how he shows this extreme environment and locations.

Examples of Art Wolfe's work

I like that this image has been captured and how the penguin is mid air. I like how he has shown the area in a different way. The contrast of the penguins on the the icy background gives the picture a real natural feel to the image.

I like the message this image puts across and how zoomed in the image  has left no space for the eyes to look any where else but concentrate on the way the hands connect and the good feel it gives me to know that animals and humans can  excite in the same space and time knowing that we evolve from the same genetic gene.

The strong emotion portrayed in this image is what caught  my attention. I like how this simple but effective image has been created and how he has captured the fact that the bird and young boy in the image are not afraid of each other but also the sadness in the boys eyes show a life he has lived before being captured in this image.

I like how this image reminds me of a cheeky child almost as if the fox is doing something he shouldn't. I like the composition of this image and the position of the  animal all the while still showing the natural world around him/her.

Influence
I think that overall this photographer had very little influence on my work as most of his work is of exotic places or animals. Before looking at his work I feel that I didn't appreciate the value of nature  and think that he has influence me to spend more time of taken photographs on the fine details of which we normally take for granted.  Below is an example of how he has influence me in my work.
Summary
I do not regret choosing Art Wolfe as one of my five photographer however I do think I could have chose someone who would more related to my work . I do still really lie his style and way of his work and believe he is a great photographer.
